Questions, answered.

The practical answers buyers ask for most often. If your question is not here, send it through the contact page — we answer with specifics, not a brochure.

Ordering & samples

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product and the level of customisation. Stock-colour items start lower; custom tooling, custom colours or custom packaging carry a higher MOQ. For a firm number, send the item reference or a short brief and we will quote MOQ, tooling cost and unit price together.

How long do samples take, and what do they cost?

Existing-item samples are usually ready in 3–5 business days. New development samples take 7–10 business days after the design is confirmed, depending on tooling. Sample fees are quoted per project and are typically credited against the first bulk order.

Can we order a sample set before choosing products?

Yes. We can prepare a curated sample set from the current range, grouped by age or category, so your team can review materials and play value in person before committing to a programme.

Do you work with new brands and small retailers?

Yes. We work with independent retailers, distributors, marketplace sellers and established brands. The process is the same for everyone: brief, sample, approval, production. What changes is the MOQ and the packaging route.

Products & safety

Which safety standards do your toys meet?

Our juvenile products are developed and tested against the standards required by the destination market — typically EN 71-1/2/3 and CE for the EU, and ASTM F963 and CPSIA for the US. Test reports and declarations are prepared per product and per market. Final compliance depends on the specific product and artwork, so always confirm the documents for the item you are ordering.

Are the materials safe for teething and mouthing?

Teething and comfort products use materials selected for mouthing and cleaning, with small parts and attachment strength tested for the relevant age grade. Products are labelled with the appropriate age warning. If a product is not intended for mouthing, we do not position it that way.

How are age grades decided?

Age grading follows the intended play pattern, the smallest part and the developmental stage the product is designed for. We test to the requirements of that grade and label the product accordingly — a toy for 18 months+ is not simply a 0+ product with a different sticker.

Can you supply the compliance file for customs and retail?

Yes. Depending on the market we can supply test reports, declaration of conformity, technical file and packaging artwork with the required warnings and symbols. Let us know the destination market at the quotation stage so the documentation is prepared correctly from the start.

Customisation & OEM / ODM

Can we use our own colours, logo and packaging?

Yes. We support custom colours, logo printing and retail packaging. For colour customisation we match against a Pantone or physical reference and provide a strike-off or pre-production sample for approval. Packaging dielines and artwork can be produced by your designer or by our studio.

Do you develop new products from a concept?

Yes — that is our ODM route. We start with the user, the age group and the price position, then develop concept, 3D, prototype, safety review and production. For OEM projects with an existing design, we review the design for manufacturability and safety before quoting.

Who owns the design and tooling?

Ownership is agreed in the project contract. Custom tooling is normally dedicated to the customer and not used for other clients. Design ownership, exclusivity and tooling storage are set out in writing before the project starts.

Shipping, payment & after-sales

What shipping terms do you offer?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP depending on the destination and the buyer's preference. Sea freight is standard for bulk orders; air and express are available for samples and urgent replenishment. See Shipping & Returns for typical lead times.

What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are a deposit with the balance before shipment, confirmed against the inspection report. Terms for repeat customers and larger programmes can be discussed. All payment terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.

What happens if a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the carton, the label and the affected units. We investigate against the approved sample and the inspection record, then arrange replacement or credit for confirmed production issues. See Shipping & Returns for the full process.

Do you offer spare parts?

For products with replaceable parts we keep a spare-part allowance for the agreed warranty period. Include spare-part requirements in the order so they can be packed with the shipment.

Still stuck? Send the product reference and your question to our team — we will reply with a specific answer, usually within one business day.
